Charting your Course to Success, Dr Gerald Kaplan, Insta-2

Inviting Dentists, Dental Therapists, Hygienists and Dental Assistants to a special and informative evening to discuss growth strategies as clinicians.

Prevention is better than cure, and it is never too early or too late to ask ourselves these questions:

Why are you working so hard?
Are you working too hard for what you are taking home?
Has your dental practice put you on the road to burnout?
Is stress ruining your love for dentistry?
Are you trying to find patients who want dentistry?
Is medical aid dictating the way you practice?

In this lecture, Dr Gerald Kaplan brings his years of experience as a Prosthodontist to share with dentists, dental therapists and hygienists, to equip them with vision to intentionally plan their course to success in the dental industry.

Dr Gerald Kaplan recently retired, and has seen dentistry change over the years from taking impressions with copper bands and a copper plated die through rubber impressions to digital dentistry. But the more things change the more they stay the same.

Dr Kaplan qualified as a dentist in 1970 and after four years in general practice, completed his Prosthodontic training at Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry. On his return to South Africa he has shared his knowledge and clinical skill  in various teaching posts and dental societies, and maintained a successful prosthodontic practice from which he recently retired. His passion has always been to teach and help people reach their potential by keeping up-to-date with the changing world of dentistry.
