Booking Terms In Case Something Comes Up:

Booked but unable to attend? You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another delegate. Simply email admin@scivisionmedical.com or WhatsApp +27 84 405 8025 to inform us of the change and to update CEU details.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel and have no-one to attend in your place, a full refund can be requested when cancelling 60 days or more before the course. Between 60 and 30 days, a 70% refund. Between 30 and 14 days, a 50% refund. Between 14 and 7 days, a 30% refund. Within one week of the course, unfortunately no refund will be permitted, and a transfer of your ticket to another person to attend in your place would be recommended. You may request a cancellation or name change in writing to admin@scivisionmedical.com, and to ensure that your request was received successfully, please expect a reply confirmation. Any booked delegates who fail to attend the event will naturally be regarded as a no-show and are not eligible for CEU credits or a refund.

Deposits are made available to secure your booking early at the special rate without having to pay in full, but over time. Deposits are therefore honoured and are non-refundable, but should the original delegate be unable to attend, the course ticket may be transferred to another delegate. Without transferring the ticket or paying the balance of the ticket, the deposit will be forfeited.

The special offers of 10-50% savings are available individually where applicable, but cannot be combined.
